Working with Kamalpur
Kamalpur supplies bulk CTC teas to domestic and international buyers. Most of our relationships are long-term and built on clarity around grades, volumes, and timelines.
If you are exploring sourcing from the estate, the details below will help you understand how we work.
From Pluck to Dispatch
At Kamalpur, freshness is an operational discipline.
Leaf moves from plucking to dispatch within a tightly managed window. This helps maintain character, especially for buyers who rely on regular shipments and predictable quality.
For bulk buyers, timelines and dispatch schedules are shared in advance so procurement can be planned with confidence.
48 Hour Delivery for Pan India Dispatch
Orders are delivered to Siliguri buyers or handed to local transporters
for Pan India dispatch in under two days.
Export Logistics
Kamalpur operates within a well-connected logistics corridor. Our nearest export hub is Kolkata. Shipments are routed through established freight partners and export channels. Our location near Bagdogra allows efficient movement of samples and documentation when required.
For international buyers, we assist with coordination between factory dispatch and export handling partners.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order volumes depend on grade and availability during the season.
As a general guide:
-
Trial orders and sample lots are available for evaluation.
-
Commercial orders are structured around standard export packing units.
Exact quantities are discussed during enquiry to match buyer requirements and seasonal production.
Requesting Samples
Sample evaluation is the best starting point for collaboration.
Buyers may request seasonal samples, specific grades, or comparisons between estate and factory production. Once a request is received, samples are prepared and dispatched along with relevant production notes where applicable.
Please share your requirements with us below and we will be in touch shortly with available grades, sample options, and next steps.
